Requests should be received by RBC Dexia Investor Services 10 business days prior to payment date.

  3. When can I expect to receive my payment?

RBC Dexia Investor Services mails all cheques at least five business days prior to payment date. Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) are deposited to your bank account on payment date.

  4. When will my EFT payment be received if the payment date is a weekend or holiday?

Payments deposited via EFT can be accessed through an automated teller machine (ATM) on the payment date regardless of whether the payment date falls on a weekend or statutory holiday. Availability of funds may be dependent on your financial institution.

Please print and complete the Change of Address Form. The completed form can be mailed to RBC Dexia Investor Services at the address indicated on the form or faxed to 416 955 2631.

    RBC Dexia Investor Services

    PO Box 7500, Station A
    Toronto, ON Canada M5W 1P9

To reduce the amount of tax withheld, the appropriate government form must be completed and forwarded to RBC Dexia Investor Services at the above-noted address. A list of frequently-used government forms is available in the Links section of this website.

  7. What are the benefits of receiving my monthly payment via EFT instead of cheque?
