Welcome to the Learning Exchange
We are pleased to provide clients with convenient access to our series of development courses through the RBC Dexia Investor Services Learning Exchange.
Our self-study program series provides participants with the opportunity to gain more in-depth industry knowledge, which helps them more effectively manage day-to-day business. Our programs are developed using consistent standards for both content and test modules to ensure a high level of success – and materials are updated on a regular basis to address key industry developments and emerging issues.
The courses cover a range of topics such as custody, pensions, insurance, investment funds and risk & investment analytics. The goal of each course is to ensure that the participant has a solid understanding of a particular facet of the industry, including:
topic overview
key players
regulatory environment
compliance and documentation requirements
risk management issues
Each course consists of a self-study period, after which participants complete a multiple-choice exam.
